Paradigm Shift is an outreach to vulnerable entrepreneurs in the community, teaching business skills based on Christian principles, which measurably impact business income.
Participants learn the disciplines of budgeting, planning cashflow, managing banking accounts, projecting future sales and much, much more.
As their skills develop they share their entrepreneurial journey with others from their
community and are guided by volunteer mentors who will advise them how to grow their business.
Participants who attend most of the sessions receive a certificate.
Want to join?
The next course will start in February 2025, and recruitment begins in January. Selection criteria is dependent on those who are already running their own small business, or who are about to start on their journey. Enquire at one of ou services for more information.
A CHANCE TO SERVE
Many individuals have given up their time and used their skills and training to further the outreach of this project, sowing the good seed into the greater community. Without the assistance of these volunteers there would be no outreach, hence we praise the Lord for stirring them to give so freely of their time, and we are grateful to their families too, for releasing them to serve the church and their community in this way. We are also grateful to the businesses who sponsor and support us.
